Once we started our Class of 60 gals monthly lunch's, Jan joined us several times. She shared her illness with us shortly after she knew. When she felt up to it, even when she was in treatment, she'd come.
I know she belonged to a ladies group of campers and continued that activity as long as she could. Those ladies took very good care of her, transporting her to appointments, etc. ..a great bunch of friends, for sure.
